COBA has a weekly changing menu. The menu features a variety of signature and seasonal dishes, and includes a selection of vegetarian and vegan options, such as our ‘tostada con ceviche de coliflor’, tacos with pibil aubergines, or a ‘quesadilla con nopalitos’. We serve our food on organic, all-corn tortillas, and we are proud to say all of our salsas are made in-house. We like to work with small-scale and local producers of quality products, who are passionate about what they do in the same way we are!
